Dr. Waisman provided timely, compassionate and helpful care through tumultuous times. He seemed to be a caring physician who understood that the well being of the patient was paramount.

I would like to thank the doctor for his kind heart, patience and practical advice of how to overcome the negative emotions. He is the one of the most caring, supportive, respectful and attentive people, that I have been blessed to deal with. He has turned my life around and I am now functioning, comfortable with me, and many days of my life are beautiful again. Most of all I am productive and my family has me back, and me them. I was under dr waisman's care for a lengthy stay in inpatient at nygh. He is the worst psychiatrist I have ever been treated by. He was so cold towards me. He was unkind. He tried to persuade me to get ect done even though it is not the right treatment for my illness. It was hard enough being in inpatient but it made it even harder to have to work with him

I saw Dr. Waisman last week and was amazed how patient and attentive he was. I wish there were more doctors like him. He took the time to listen to my situation and offered very helpful insight and advice. I left his office feeling so much better about my circumstance. Thank you Dr. Waisman for your help!
