I've qualified the service of the assistant with low quality in the past. However, in my last 2 visits, I've noticed and have to say her quality of service has improved a lot, both in person and over the phone and I believe if someone works hard on something, it is worth recognizing it. I hope she can keep like this, good job. Dr Briggs patient, kind and knowledgeable as usual.

Extremely rude staff. Dr. Briggs ASSISTANT, an Asian lady, is harassing me every time I have to talk to her. She is yelling and yelling. Once she needs to do something, she makes mistakes and always accuses someone else. She is super UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. Think twice before coming here. However, I can’t rate a doctor as it’s quite early to see the results.

Dr. Briggs incorrectly told me I did not have eczema. I have since been diagnosed with dyshidrotic eczema. She didn't seem to really listen to my concerns.

dr. Briggs explained everything very well. She is really care for health concerns. She did skin prick test to my son due to some food allergies. She was very patient even though my son was cranky. She explained the further possibility of my son's allergies.

Extremely rude. Her assistant called to confirm an appointment and afterwards called again just to harass and belittle me over the phone. Absolutely deranged behavior I have never encountered before.

This doctor is a bit old school. I also found it ironic that she was wearing a strong smelling perfume that gave me a headache while consulting for environmental allergies. She is a bit old school in the fact that didn't believe much in the Oral Allergy syndrome despite all information available in scholarly articles and reputable websites. I.E. if one is allergic to birch, it would be helpful to test for foods related to birch pollen.

She didn't make me feel comfortable bringing up my concerns because she has a comic poster that says, "any patient will be charged extra for coming in with a diagnosis from the internet. " I prefer a clinician who is happy to hear my research findings and be able to explain whether it's valid or not. She didn't wear gloves at all during the testing which was concerning.

Like other reviewers, be aware of this doctor. I went on seeing her for several months and she kept telling me I don’t have any allergies, without doing any allergy test. She made me keep taking reactine for 6 months. I went to another clinic, they immediately tested me for allergies and i was allergic to several foods.
Dr briggs is mostly confused and unhelpful. There are alot better options available. Don’t waste your time on her

Beware of this office! The filipina staff is super rude. She should not be working in the medical field. No manners. Always yelling. Too bad coz the doctor is nice but she ruins the reputation of the entire clinic.

Horrible doctor I was told I wasn't allergic to nothing and that she doesn't know what it is. Well I went to get a second opinion and found a whole bunch of food I'm allergic to. She also told me i'm not allergic to cats turns out I am. Don't go to this allergist she isn't good.
