Complete disregard for patients' time. Frequently cancels appointments then over books so you end up waiting hours.

Dr. Robert is a very nice guy, seems very knowledgeble w/ medicine etc. very caring. I feel very comfortable with him as a Doctor even though he's so young. Sometimes I feel the 45 plus minute wait to see him is worth it. However, the staff is horrible, rude, lazy, not friendly or caring. Iv'e never seen a Dr's office like it. I don't know why both doctors haven't rehired a whole new office staff. I will probably need to find a new Doctor w/an effecient office staff if I ever have a real medical issue that rquires many visits to the Dr. I really would prefer to keep him as my Dr. but the office staff has ruined that likely hood.

Dr Robert Rutkowski is very rude thinks he is better than you because he is a doctor I would not let him treat my dog

I would not recommend this Doctor. He may seem nice, but he is very unreliable. He has changed my dosages on maintenance drugs without discussing this with me. Fortunetly, pharmacy has caught this, several times. He does not return phone calls or pages, even in an emergency. He has cancelled quite a few of my appointments and then when they are rescheduled, I am squeezed in and therefore have to wait a long time. His office staff is very rude and I'm not sure if my messages even get to him. I don't know if the lack of response is from him or his staff not forwarding the information. Regardless, he is the responsible party. I am tired of waiting by the phone for him to return a call, waiting in his office for up to an hour to see him, juggling my schedule (and other close associates) because he changed my appt. My appt. that was rescheduled from yesterday to today is now being rescheduled 2 days from now. He has missed so many days in the past year - I think he should see a DR.

There are few Doctors that take you're word, he helped me when nobody would . There are few Doctors left like this that don't have a GOD complex . Chronic pain is no Pleasure but Jack and Rob are two of the best out there Understanding And actually have some relationship with there Patients . ~twf

Staff needs to treat patients better - slow and rude. Wait times are far too excessive. Been on hold to make an appt. the whole time I've been finding this review site and posting comment! Great Doc though. Would be excellent if staff improved. On to the next review site...still waiting for someone to pick up!

My husband see Dr.Robert Ruckowski, he's a wonderful doctor, but is staff is very unprofessional and rude. I've been in the health field for many years and I've never came accross rude staff members like his. His staff represents the doctor and his facility. He needs to send his staff to training classes to learn how to work with the public. I would have to give this doctor a poor rating due to his staff. Hopefully he gets this issue under control or he's going to loose a lot of patients. I know where looking for another doctor!

while I have to admit that I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Rutkowski and thought that he was very polite, concerned and knowledgeable. my biggest concern is with his staff. dr. rutkowski asked me to call 2 weeks after my visit to discuss how the medication was working and whether to adjust my dosage. I have called twice already and have not received a call back. my medication is now about to run out and I can't afford to spend another $80 for a visit when the doctor had just asked for me to call him. I don't think I can blame the doctor since this used to happen with the previous doctor, and the staff is the same

Dr.'s Robert and Jack Rutkowski, brothers, practice at this location in addition to the Urgent Care for emergency walk-in's. I was taken care of by Dr. Robert Rutkowski. He is very bright, kind and concerned about his patients welfare. As a health care worker myself, I needed a medical exam and a TB shot to take a new job. Unfortunately, I had not medical coverage at all. My own doctor refused to take me! However, a friend told me that these doctors do accept cash patients for a reasonable fee. I was so pleased with the wonderful staff, the on-time service and Dr. Robert Rutkowski's care, I will never go back to my former doctor, even when I have coverage. This doctor gave me the care I needed and very kindly, addressed all of my questions regarding my health. I highly recommend this practice.
