Terrible diagnostician. She missed life threatening condition.

I had to change doctors because my last internist left the Cleveland Clinic. My first encounter with the staff and the doctor were very positive. I was taken care of rather quickly, so no waiting and the doctor did a thorough exam and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my choosing her as my new doctor. Yes, I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Dr. Russ is very kind and answered my questions in deph. She has great bedside manner.

During my visit I felt that I was treated very well.I would absolutely recommend this doctor to my family and friends.I felt this visit was an amazing success!Overall I would rate this visit : outstanding!
