Dr. Kim and his staff are wonderful. They make you feel heard and have compassion when dealing with you. I have never received any less than that. I would give 1 million stars if i could. Dr. Kim is on point when it comes to treating you with Cancer. He is the best.

This doc has poor bedside manner — lacks focus and medical knowledge. He had no recollection of his previous diagnosis. He makes things up as he goes — I do not feel safe with this doctor.

I scheduled an appointment for a phone call and did not receive a call at the time scheduled. I waited for over an hour and received no call. I tried to call the office and was routed to a message center. I asked my primary care for a referral to another doctor. I called the other doctor's office and they answered the call in person. He may be a good doctor and I will never know. My rating is based solely on the message center he uses instead of having a real staff person answer the phone.

I have been a patient for 3 months and find Dr. Kim and his staff to be patient and compassionate. I was a little delayed in starting treatment due to pandemic but once I started, I felt more at ease. The nurses are great and makes treatment less stressful. Dr. Kim has a very calming bedside manner that puts me at ease. He explains things well and always listens to my concerns. I am feel that we work well together. Thank you!!

Once I received my diagnosis of cancer, I was so stressed and didn’t know where to turn to. I was referred by my doctor and had a million questions. He took the time to carefully explain what needed to be done. Reviewed the options in detail and offered a supportive hand. He listens and provides compassionate advice. I am so glad that my doctor referred me to this office. His staff and nurses made my experience even better.

This Dr is NEVER on time whether it is a phone call, office visit, or real-time video. Been working with us got 6 months, and has failed to call us when our video or phone appt was scheduled EVERY TIME and we have to call to find out why he missed our appt...again...

I want to thank Dr.Kim and his staff for getting my father in for a consultation and quick start to treatment. Although it was a time of great stress, he carefully explained the process and plan clearly.
It gave us some peace of mind.
My father is doing much better now.

Dr. Kim took a very stressful situation and planned a clear path with treatment. That was 6 months ago and since then, I have been in a remission and getting my life back. He always takes the time to explain things and was always available when I had questions or issues. Kudos to Dr. Kim and his staff for being on my team during and being so supportive.

If this is the same Dr. that worked in Redding, Ca around 2007 I would not trust him with anything. My husband had cancer in 2007. We went to Dr. Kim and he was worthless!! My husband had a tumor on his liver the size of a dime. He waited to see what it was going to do. He didn't start any treatment till it was the size of a grapefruit. By then it had spread to his whole body. I took my husband to Stanford. Kim was treating him for the wrong cancer!! He killed my husband!!!

Dr. Kim took his time and explained things in lay terms and made sure we understood what is going on and what to expect and assured us he would be available to us every step of the way. There are no computer screens in his exam rooms as he is totally devoted to interacting with his patients. He does take notes but our lat doc never took his head out of his computer screen to speak with us.
I am so grateful for Dr. Kim and his receptionist Li.
