For anyone who is absolutely terrified of having cataract surgery like I was, I would highly recommend Dr. Shuba. She is smart, professional and confident. She doesn’t say much but is willing to answer any questions you may have. I would not hesitate to have her do any kind of surgery on my eyes.

Dr. Shuba deftly removed my cataract and neatly corrected my astigmatism with such skill, such confidence, such professionalism that, if you would entertain a popular colloquialism, I am still pinching myself in disbelief. Add to this the doctor's manner: caring, person-to-person connectedness, sheer empathy and you would excuse the enthusiasm displayed in my concluding sentence. Dr. Shuba rocks!
