Vision difficulties are terrifying and I found Dr. Shuba to be wonderful in putting fears at rest. She is pragmatic, friendly, yet focused on the job at hand. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and over that 4 month period I felt everything was going to okay. I have read some of the previous comments and am surprised at those indicating shortness or rudeness. I found her to be consistent in demeanor, warm and accommodating. There was even time for conversations about family, I too am a Ukrainian Canadian and appreciated being treated by someone 'like me'. I would, and quite frankly frequently do, wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Shuba. Thank you.

Both my husband and myself are under the car of Dr. SHUBA. She has helped us immensely and we both have had cataracts removed from both eyes and all went well. She follows up with my husband but is really too busy to see a lot of patients.
She does what she can and helps so many of us see again. She us excellent.

Do not recommend her. She has no sensitivity to deal with human beings ! Treats patients as defected machines to be fixed by the all powerful doctor, herself!! Find someone else !

I have found Dr. Shuba able to answer all my question,she has been kind and also her staff. She has work on my eyes twice with good results.I will be with her as a patient for she is treating my glocoma,. and also found a cataract.It helps when your Doctor has the skills and is kind to,I thank her for helping me
