Need to replace secretory who don’t know about their by asking questions like Dr. and provide wrong information to patients. When patient question about it then accuse of behaviour and get out from trouble by hanging up phone and put on hold for 30-45 minutes even sometimes do not come back online until you call back. Secretory shouldn’t ask personal or professional questions related to health. Very very very very rude rude rude rude secretory. Both Maou and Cheryl . Please do different job and do not play with people health.

An amazing dermatologist. He has taken great care of myself and my baby. Professional, knowledgeable and with a lovely disposition. I have recommended him to patients of my own as well.

Very good doctor - was willing to listen to my concerns and didn't feel rushed.
Saw my family doctor initially who thought I had poison Ivy. Hydrocortisone cream was not helping at all. Dr. Natsheh diagnosed me with shingles and took swab (which confirmed this). Gave me prescription for one week of oral medicine. No further pain or discomfort now.
Agree with others that this is a busy office/doctor - I have usually only had one or two issues when I see him and have not had any problems.

Dr Natsheh seems to only want one question and one skin area to exam and advise per visit. I have never seen a doctor so uninterested in the wholeness of examination or patient understanding. I would not recommend him if I wanted a positive and knowledgeable physician. He seemed rushed and was unwilling to look at other areas of skin issue besides the area first reported by my family physician though other areas of concern had sprung up in the many weeks awaiting this appointment. though he reluctantly had a quick look at the other areas. With a final question I had forgot as he had rushed from the office on asking to see him for just a final question after 10 minutes the receptionist said the Doctor was too busy and had said I would need another appointment to be set up..

Great Dermatologist
Have been a number of times over several years. Agree that its a busy clinic- I usually have to wait about 1/2 hr past my scheduled appointment time. But when I am seen - I feel that my concerns are heard and all addressed. Has seen me for rashes and detected a skin cancer - sent me to Centenary Hospital for removal. Have recommended to friends and family already.

Busy office for sure. Receptionists were very busy by seemed effective enough.
Doctor took time to listen to my concerns and story. Determined it was a new medication causing my rash.
Gave me treatment and changed medication with my family doctor. Now all clear.

Came in at 9:50 am to a 10:15 am appointment. Waited till 11:00 am to see the doctor. The reception was horrible and very unprofessional. When I finally got to see the doctor he didn't listen to all of my concerns. I felt like he was just trying to get rid of me as fast as possible. It was rather dehumanizing.

I've been seeing Dr. Natsheh for several years for various skin conditions. He is caring and friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He is not rushed. As is the case with some other clinics I attend at Women's College Hospital, sometimes an intern will review things with me first before Dr. Natsheh sees me. They have also been thorough and caring.
