Kind, knowledgeable, and patient doctor. Reception, on the other hand, was questionable. I felt the receptionist was interpersonally disrespectful to me and lacked active listening skills. Likewise, she actually refused a service to me she was unable to refuse as per healthcare policy and statues, relating to disability. Luckily, it resolved after I involved external parties, but I shouldn't have to - practitioners need to know the law and respect human rights.

I am not a doctor so make rating of Dr. Natsheh's kmowledge is tempered.
I have travelled over 2 hours to see this excellent doctor. I am in the sun and at 77 years of age need all the good care I can get. I am very confident. I spent 15 years as a pharma rep so I have seen a few MD.s I choose Dr. Natsheh.

Excellent experiences so far!
I have seen him twice so about different skin conditions. He took the time to understand my concerns, asked me questions, then explained my conditions/ treatment plan.
I have already recommended to others.

I had previously defended this doctor from less than positive reviews. I wish I hadn't This doctor disfigured me for life and was no where to be found when I needed him. By the time I finally got through to him and got a referral I was unable to undue the damage.

Dr. Natsheh is incredibly brilliant in his field. He is very collaborative with his patients when deciding on a treatment plan. He is empathetic, remembers even the smallest details you've mentioned to him in the past, and is genuinely happy when his patients are happy. I highly recommend Dr. Natsheh if you have been considering accutane, he will lessen the fears and make sure the experience is positive for you.

A clean efficiently run office and Dr. Natsheh was super friendly and knowledgeable. I have always had an irrational fear of seeing a doctor...but in a single visit with Dr. Natsheh, I think I have overcome that fear.
