Went for mole patrol on the suggestion of my family doctor as a I have a number of moles all over my body, and my family has many moles. I have been developing a lot of new moles since middle age. My family doctor has called these "age spots". During the visit, he asked me some background habits including my sun exposure history, use of tanning beds and any personal or family history of skin cancers, including melanoma. I changed into a gown for the examination. He found 2 spots on my back and leg that looked different and were darker than those age spots. He sent me to a surgeon not that far away (Don Mills) for removal of both spots. They were tested and they did end up being cancerous., but removed very early. I'm glad they were checked and removed.

Dismissed my moles as nothing, just to put Vaseline on them, made me feel that I was wasting his time. Went to see another doctor who took a closer look and found that 2 of my spots were cancerous.

I took my 8 year old son to see Dr. Natsheh about a rash on his penis, my son was obviously nervous but Dr. Natsheh was very kind and made him feel very comfortable. He made the diagnosis immediately and took time to answer all my questions, very knowledgeable and great bed side manner! We were also in and out of the appointment in 30 minutes, unheard of in health care these days! Would highly recommend this Dr.

I'll begin with the office's receptionists, who come across as arrogant and not very personable. They present themselves as apprehensive towards any incoming patients coming into the office. I've read a lot of poor reviews about this place, mostly attributed to the receptionists. They snap at your for no reason (or they're agitated). If you seek the experience of being treated with contempt at your lowest point, this is the place for you!

Ok, now for the main purpose I'm writing this review: Dr. Natsheh. He comes across as approachable, knowledgeable and quick to offer a solution. He diagnosed me with vitiligo and wrote prescriptions for creams. I'm a little upset that he did not take time to explain what vitiligo was or if there were preventative habits I could take to lessen its effects. I had to Google these things a lot later on. That and the trash receptionists are what merit a 4-star review.

I have never heard or read online of any medicinal treatments for vitiligo aside from what he prescribed me but I'll be back in a few months to see what results it yields.

Very kind thorough doctor. Didn’t feel rushed and answered my questions.
Difficult getting through by phone to live person - but left message and returned in timely fashion. Have recommended.

Went to see him about a mole and he said it was nothing but if i wanted he would remove it but it really was nothing to worry about. I opted to have it removed and tested. It tested positive for cancer and it had travelled to the lymph nodes. If i had listened to him no telling how far the cancer would of progressed.

Specialist is fantastic! Helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk staff on the hand should be more personable and answer the phone as well as return phone calls! What kind of business is it when one has to call and leave multiple messages to make an appointment with a doctor? I wonder if the doctors in the clinic know that this is going on?

I have met with Dr. Natsheh once and found him very experienced and knowledgeable about my condition. Waiting to see a specialist, he was on time. As for the reception, they refuse to answer the phone for some reason and seemed not very friendly at the front desk. Very short and no eye contact so you feel you aren't being heard. Always have to call back two or more times to finally get a call back.
