Love Dr Frates! Been seeing him for many years with my four children. He always takes his time to explain everything and makes my children feel comfortable while in his office.

Whenever I went to Dr Frates with a worry, I left his office reassured and content with his response, explanation or solution to my children's illness or injury. He has a wonderful bedside manner and disposition. His office always provided paperwork with child's diagnosis, and pertinent info for my records. I am sorry I had to move away.

Very intelligent, compassionate and thorough. Great nurses. Very caring doctor and staff. Spends time with patients and doesn't make one feel rushed.
