Rude receptionist who mostly doesnt even return voicemails. Dr doesnt seem to care forbher patients. I was a first time ivf anxious mom and all she had to say to me either "go to er" or "go home". I will not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Mary is good. The staff are extremely rude and hang up a lot.

Dr. Mary cancelled three appointments without providing a strong reason. We are new to Milton and my child needed help since he is not walking but we didn't get any. Please be mindful that we contribute health insurance to OHIP from our salary and you and your staff are accountable to public.

Very satisfied with Dr. Kiaira, have been taking my kids to her for the past 12 years . She takes her time to listen and doesn't dismiss our concerns. However, not too happy with the front desk.

I’ve taking my baby here 3 times and was not impressed. She is extremely dismissive, doesn’t listen to any concerns, cuts you off and doesn’t seem to have time to deal with you.
The administrative staff are also difficult to deal with. Overall, just see a different paediatrician.

Terrible Paediatrician! Dr. Kiara is extremely rude, will not answer your questions, and is always in a rush. I felt very negative after each visit so I switched to a new Dr. and I’m so glad I did! What a difference.

very caring and polite doctor .Made my child feel comfortable
polite explained many things AND MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE despite wearing masks and doing interviews while in the car
She is definately very experienced and her office is very neat
Having been to a few other pediatricians i would recommend her

She never listens to parents, rude, no patience to answer. Really felt down and negative after our visit to her.
