Most HORRIBLE doctor ever. Always misdiagnoses patients and talks about the most irrelevant things, and that if she bothers to give you an appointment. She is almost never available and is always away. Her other patients see her in restaurants and coffee shops around town more than in her clinic.

Dr. Z has been my GP for 15 years but in the last few years she is never available and tells me all of my problems are due to stress, or hormones. She prescribed the pill (I’m in my 40s) with little investigation and without any discussion about the risks of taking HRT in women. She usually tells me to meditate or do better self care (which I already do but she doesn’t listen) because that is what helped her with her stress. She is more focused on self improvement, trying to be a counselor (who doesn’t listen well) and new business ventures than her patients these days. She was great 15 years ago but no more.

When I first came to Dr. Zeineddin she was considerate, knowledgeable and patient focused. Unfortunately, over the last few years she has become more and more unavailable for booking regular appointments due to her focus on complex patients, personal business pursuits as well as many vacations or 'time off'. During this time, I have had to share my medical concerns with a variety of substitute doctors which compromises the continuous care I would expect from a family practitioner. Additionally, during my infrequent appointments that I have booked, Dr. Zeineddin has become less patient-centric and more about sharing her views which can be incorrect. I believe she needs to become a better listener!

Horrible doctor. Misdiagnosed me and refused to apologize for it. She has a bad and selfish attitude and is a very bad doctor. As for the rest of the time, she’s away and giving herself a break.

Dr. Zeinnedin is usually very busy which makes you think she's an amazing doctor, but her only pro is that she is quite punctual, but that's it. She is very disrespectful and can't accept it when she's wrong. I was once suffering from a severe medical condition and when asked for her help she refused to accept that I was NOT okay, and when we tried to explain to her what was happening, she said: "I'm the physician here and you are not, so keep your opinion to yourself and do what I tell you as you're wrong." But my family and I were right and she was wrong. Two days after my appointment with her, I ended up in the ER and when specialists saw me, they said that I would have died had I come any later. After Dr. Zeinnedin received the medical notes from the hospital, she didn't even call us to apologize and remained silent as if nothing had ever happened to me!! I also have many specialists due to my medical conditions, and when I asked her what she thought about of what I was going through, she said: "I don't know because your specialists right too much and I don't have the time to read the reports. So just ask them." This is just proof of the fact that she doesn't what to spend the time to fully understand the condition of her patients, which makes sense because she's not working half the time and is taking a break...As for the staff at Ambleside Medical, they are okay; some of them are super nice, some of them are horribly rude.

Dr. Zeineddin is a doctor you never let go of. To have a doctor that finds mental health important, that actually takes the time to listen, and ask questions, is so important. She puts you first, and is always there for you. She is caring, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. She deeply cares about her patients, and I’m extremely lucky to have her as a doctor.

Dr. Zeineddin is not just a doctor; she is a healer. She addresses whatever concern or symptom has brought me into her office with professional knowledge and expertise, but she also allows me to see the bigger picture around my own health issues, by way of her personal experiences and perceptive intuition, thus teaching her patients about self-healing as well. She understands the blind spots of modern medicine and works to accommodate her patients within its frameworks while also tweaking her own dynamic and dialogue with those patients, in order to give them more of what they might personally need. I am grateful that she's doing her thing.
