Dr Donald is an amazing physician and is extremely knowledgeable. He knows extensively about the facts of opioid addiction and the need for medication-assisted treatment. He talks to his patients with humanity and care. He encourages and motivates me to achieve my goals and is the only medical professional that has really listened and believed in my abilities and intelligence. He takes the time to share the information he has and is kind and attentive during appointments. Thank you Dr Donald for everything that you do.

I have the pleasure of seeing Dr.Donald on a regular basis. He is by far one of my most favourite people. At first, I was skeptical, but honestly, once you start to get to know him, he is quite amazing. Honesty goes a long way with him,

Many of those posting likely only know Dr. Donald from the emerg where it can be hard to get a read on him with his clinical bedside manner, but if you have the honor of him treating you at the methadone clinic he is the kindest, most competent and funny doctor I've ever met. Knowing my GP is hard to access he has gone to bat for me many times. Thank you Dr. Donald. Please don't ever leave our community. We need you.

Not sure about Dr. Donald. Hubby had chest pain and went to ER. Donald did workup on him and repeatedly said he didn't think it was serious but to be on the safe side admitted him to CCU while waiting to call in a cardiac doc. The cardiac doc did a stress test which showed fairly significant changes, sent him to London where they installed 2 stents. So much for thinking it wasn't serious...but at least he erred on the side of caution.

I had cut my hand really bad and was unable to work because of this, and not having a family Dr. I had to go see an er dr. to get note for Injury-unemployment.(my work did not have wsib) He gave me a peice of paper that said "keep hand clean and dry reasess in to weeks", and walked away. I was very upset by this...he did not seem to care. I had to go see another dr. And when he seen my hand he was surprised and told me "of course you can't work" (I am a hairstylist) He was also concerned about posibly getting infection do to the size and place of this cut. Estimated healing time approx 6-8 weeks. Would like to also note that my cut was not stitched up, THERE IS NOTHING TO STITCH...have to grow new skin.

I ended up taking an ambulance to the ER one morning after experiencing extreme pain and tightening of the neck and shoulder all of a sudden. It was so painful it brought me to my knees. I was having sharpe pain up the back of my head also. After I arrived to the hospital it took and hour and 40 mins before I saw this Dr. He didn't do any tests, said that this is very common, wrote a script and sent me home. It's been almost 2 weeks and I feel like this pain could come on again and I am so fearful. I pray that I don't have to see him again. After he wrote the script he just walked out of the room. He needs work on his bedside manner that's for sure. I would not have called the ambulance if this didn't seem serious to me. I had a car in the driveway and I live 8 blocks away. I couldn't believe that someone who came in an ambulance had to wait almost 2 hrs before someone truly poked their head in the door. SAD!

When I brought my mother in to ER a month or so ago, he was the doctor that attended to her. He was very thorough in ordering tests and x-rays and was the one that discovered that her blood count was extremely low (84). He was instrumental in her getting two units of blood to bring it back to normal.

Thank you for helping me in the E.R. (asthma attack, pneumonia) I don't know what I would do without the antibiotic, prednisone, aerochamber and ratio ventolin. I have never ever smoked and never ever would. Breathing is too precious. Thank you again.
