I have been a patient of Dr. Lun’s for about a year now and have only had negative experiences during our interactions. Dr. Lun has consistently told me he is going to do things for me and has not followed through with them, including ordering appropriate tests and sending referrals. This has led to massive delays in my care, and he often doesn’t take any responsibility for these delays. He barely assesses me whenever I see him. The only good thing I’ll say is that he has decent bedside manner which just made my first impression of him good, otherwise I would’ve sought out a new sports med physician immediately.

He really is a complete idiot. Thanks to Dr lun my shoulder is ruined forever. He is not an orthopaedic surgeon by the way, this idiot has created a fake profile claiming he is a surgeon on this website. He is a family doctor he works at The sports medicine centre. Athletes beware!!

Agree with the other bad reviews... Victor Lun definitely has a bad reputation at Calgary sports clinic.. normally I wouldn't write this review but he was rude, and then attempted to lecture me on my own pain level. At the next appointment he asked the same questions and acted like he doesn't know me. Poor eye contact. Really really weird guy!

The surgeons already know Victor Lun is useless he has a poor reputation. Dr Lun ruined my knee forever, kept telling me it is only physio and no surgery. Finally he refers me to the surgeon at the university who reviews my MRI then says "Oh NO not one of Dr Lun's patients again Jesus!" ... seems I needed surgery a lot earlier. The Surgeon said they have had trouble with Dr Lun but it is hard to get rid of him as he is also a professor.

A genuinely disgusting and incompetent human being that is a con artist and is intent on convincing others that he is specialized to treat athletes. He will continue this con until he is caught. If you have had a negative experience please report him.

Dr. Lun is professional, friendly, helpful and immediately I was at ease. Dr. Lun ensured I was fully informed about my knee diagnosis and my treatment options. HIGHLY recommend.
