Dr. Sraw is really cool cat - I really enjoy his take on things and my health. Very nice doctor and generous with his time. Easily approachable - I feel like I can ask him and talk to him about pretty much anything. Not salesy or pushy in any way, which I really appreciate. His staff is on pointe and polite, as well. Great and friendly team! Dr. Sraw has my recommendation.

Dr. Sraw has been instrumental in bring me back to better health - physically and mentally. I came to him with a mixed bag of tricks, like I called it. He listened attentintively and looked at me straight in the eyes and said that as long as I was committed to getting better then he would do everything he could do help me. As soon as he said that I cried, let it out and we've been off the to races ever since. He's led the charge and I feel almost like my old self. We started slow but hasn't hesitated to be assertive and hit the accelerator with treatments and testing, either. He's the one who seems to have the bag of tricks to help me on any given day. Although, there has been times where he has told me that he doesn't have the answers, reinforcing my trust with him. He's my most trusted health practitioner and always a pleasure to see - his bedside manner is pleasant, humorous and light at times but stern when needs it to be. I can see that he really cares and wants his people to do better.
Over the years I've received prolotherapy, PRP, physical work therapy, vitamin injections, acupuncture, testing, you name it... it's been money well spent. Thumbs up.

Yes, recommending Dr Sraw (TBH) considering solid positive results after two years of follow ups to decrease a serious illness and the pains from old compounding injuries ( nerves, ligaments, & muscles )

Upon the first evaluation with detailed blood analysis, Dr Sraw quickly established the immediate focus was on the digestive system with proper natural supplements and close follow ups to evaluate progress & adjustments. From being unable exercising, now 2-3 hours daily combined walks/hikes become my routine.

Related to the compounded injuries over a long period, Dr Sraw introduced prolo therapy with added precise acupuncture at various intervals. He warned recovery will be long and might not reach full remedy as injured ligaments or surrounding areas should be treated as close as possible to the original event. Today, numbness & swelling seriously reduced while muscles & nerves pains showed a really good decrease. They still re-appear at various low intensity after intensive repetitive works but recovery has shown being faster now then 3 years ago.

Plus, TBH staff provides a truly valuable continuity and super friendly interaction.

Will I recommend TBH? Yes, Dr Sraw? Absolutely.

Before I found Dr. Kully Sraw I was stressed, desperate and was unsure if I needed to take a plane just to find someone with with the skill set and at least the Hackett- Hemwall certifications that I was looking for in a Naturopath

This is going be a lengthy review - If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would. This guy KNOWS what he's doing - I've been getting Prolotherapy and PRP (Platelet rich plasma) injections in my shoulder from him the past 8 months and it's giving me my life back... it also let me keep my job. I'm confident with a couple more sessions I will get to 100% because I've seen such great improvement in function and pain relief up to this point.
Im just over 70% better currently I'd say

Initially I came to him after my right shoulder was unsuccessfully treated by another Naturopath in Victoria - I had already gotten eleven Ozone injection sessions and 2 PRP's with that other practitioner
- Doing more research after this I realized a comprehensive thorough approach at EACH session with 20 to 30+ shots in all sorts of supporting ligaments and tendons etc. was what I personally needed for my shoulder injuries to heal - not 1 or 2 shots here and there in my shoulder... Which is what I had been receiving prior.

My first sessions with him I thought he would find all my questions annoying - like about the RPM of his Centrifuge machine, if he knew the half-life of ozone, whether he used ultrasound guidance if he needed and what percentage of dextrose was he using in his Prolotherapy solution..

I looked at his massive wall of certifications as he answered each one of my questions gladly.

As my treatment progressed we both agreed I am a bit of a slow healer for a young guy - and the intensity of inflammation phase after each round of shots (normal part of the healing process/cascade) was far beyond most persons reactions. I was unbelievably sore for almost 3 months after my first PRP/ Prolotherapy combo. Since then the reactions after have gotten milder as the multiple underlying shoulder injuries heal - but I have observed a similar reaction from each treatment.

SO if you are thinking of getting regenerative injections - realize after each treatment of shots there is a 2 step back and 3 steps forward kind of feel to it all.
There is a natural Ebin flow to it and you will not feel better from these shots necessarily each day that goes by. But when you give it 3 or 4 treatments and let it do its thing - assess the function and pain level every couple months, you will likely find yourself improving even if its slow.
Remember you're body CAN heal.
Joints normally don't heal very well or at all due to such a low blood supply but these regenerative injections give your body the exact signal and ingredients your body needs to heal chronic pain, and thicken up your ligaments and tendons. It's science!

Choose your Naturopath wisely. You can't go wrong with Dr. Kully Sraw.
I can't say enough good things, honestly.

Dr Sraw has been fantastic in my journey back to health. He can answer all my endless questions, is very open, is listening, and attuned, loving a challenge and knows his stuff. He is brilliant, kind, knowledgable, on top of the latest research and has a great sense of humour. Dr Sraw is always interested and works with the patient rather than making declarations, making for sustainable treatment plans and results. Highly recommended!

He's good, no doubt about it. A very nice and knowledgable doctor. His smile is infectious and that alone seems to make me feel better at times. His workup is very thorough, listens attentively and always seems to have the solution. One of the most effective doctors I've seen for pain. I recommend this doctor for any ailments but mainly for pain, as he knows what he's doing in that department!
