The office staff is polite, helpful and always willing to answer questions. I have never had trouble getting an appointment and in fact often when I call for an acute appointment have to ask for a later time as we would not be able to make it to the clinic that quickly. While there are any number of reasons we love Dr. Pruitt from her great bedside manner to her amazing knowledge, the number one reason we recommend her is her ability to listen and actually address parent's concerns. For three years my daughter was misdiagnosed with a variety of behavioral and emotional disorders. When I went to discuss the therapist's desire to place my duaghter on anti-depressants at six she was very supportive and understanding addressing all of my concerns with the medication. More importantly, she did a full medical work up and found my daughter had an underlying medical condition causing her behavioral problems. Once addressed, the improvement was amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Pruitt.
