Dr. Saxton took the time to carefully listen to my symptoms, talk about previous treatments and medicines used, what worked and what didn't before suggesting a new course of treatment. This is something that I am finding to be more and more of a rarity and I greatly appreciated it.

Dr. Saxton takes an approach with her patient care that I find both rare and essential. When you first greet her shoes immediately warm and welcoming. I don't know if her affect is intentional or just part of her personality, but she immediately dials down the anxiety that comes with visiting a doctor.
Dr. Saxton was able to tell me things about my headache before I told her. She seems to be very knowledgeable about different types of headaches and their symptoms. There is a comfort that comes from seeing a specialist who understands you, and I feel the comfort every time I see her.
I am not currently seeing Dr. Saxton only because my pain management doctor is working with me on a procedure that Dr. Saxton does not support and I didn't want to put her in a position of conflict, but is soon as I finish this treatment I'll be going right back to Dr. Saxton. As long as she is practicing, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Saxton for many years and I have to say that she is truly one of the best nurologists that I have seen.
On the other hand her assistant Alison is a menace to the profession. I have rarely the opportunity to meet a person I dislike more. In fact I get along with near everyone. Yet Allison has, without a doubt, made this patient miserable every time I've had an appointment. I can only assume that the good doctor has no oversight into the operations outside of her own workload. Allison is childish and petty to say the very least. Dr. Saxton would do well to let her go.
Saxton is knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of an experienced physician.
Do yourself a favor doctor, lose Allison before you lose your practice.

The reason Dr. Saxton gets behind is that she gives all she can to every patient. She is not "elderly," meaning that she is not on any downward old-age decline. She knows what she's doing and I cannot say enough about her willingness to devote herself to her patients. Other doctors should aspire to be like her. She is truly a gem.

Dr. Saxton respectfully is an elderly lady who is forgetful of directions she gives for patient care. Her assistant Allison is nothing more than a childish high school behaving brat who manipulates Saxton when she does not like the female patients. She has gone over the line of appropriate patient care bordering illegal in my opinion. Unfortunately I had to file a complaint over the issue that is yet to be resolved. Allison is really the primary problem they need to be rid of, but until Saxton can think on her own, and remember and take appropriate notes for her patients, I can no way recommend her.

My husband has been seeing dr Saxton for about three years for a back injury. We have been to doctor after doctor and several physical therapists. No one was helping or giving us any direction in fact some made his condition worse. He was falling into depression. We felt so helpless. We were referred by a friend who was also a patient Dr Saxton and ever since life has gotten so much better. We now have answers. She refers us to the best so we dont have to fuss with pointless Doctors who are out to just get paid rather then spend the time to hep you. Sh does hug everyone she hugs me when I go aswell as our children. She remembers details about us plays with our kids when they come. I've never had a doctor like her. She is simply amazing and we are blessed to have her in our life.

Dr. Saxton is what all doctors should aspire to be. She is caring, loving, and attentive to all who come to her. When I go see Dr. Saxton it is like being hugged by my mom when I was a little girl and was told everything would be alright. She literally hugs all of her patients!!! I am in my 20's and following a Dr.'s mistake during a procedure, suffer from dibilitating pain. Dr. Saxton has helped me find my sanity and gain my life back. She suppilies her patients with an amazing wealth of information, keeps them connected, and is just wonderful!!! Her staff is second to none too!!! Pain Management doctors tend to be a hard dr. to find, but dr. Saxton is just wonderful!
