Worst bedside manner I have ever dealt with by far with any doctor. He does not listen to you. He keeps his head in the keyboard while you are talking and does not acknowledge your concerns. He talks extremely fast. While he was doing the biopsy with the needle in my neck he was talking to himself out loud saying how good he is....”wow I’m good”.
“Really good”. He just kept patting himself on the back instead of trying to walk me through the process...afterwards I had to ask him to discuss possibilities before we left. He acted irritated when I asked to speak with him in his office in regards to possible of outcomes of the biopsy.
He said “look basically you could have XYZ cancer in which you will be dead in three or four weeks or it could be nothing” No joke he delivered that just like that.
He was not empathetic, did not give any info unless you asked. I would not recommend him EVER

I have been with Dr Tung for about 6 years. He has helped be lose weight, get my AC1 under control and improve my health. He was the 1st dr to give me great advice to lose weight that actually worked. He is caring, takes time to answer my questions and encouraging. I would recommend those struggling to go to the Endocrine .

Dr Tung agreed to check my antibody levels regularly so made the switch from my other Endo. But he’s ALWAYS late. And not just a little. I do t think I’ve ever seen him within 30min of my actual appointment time. And the office is a dump. And they messed up entering my information at least three times so I wasn’t getting emails. Anyway - I’m done and going to try yet another. Makes me sound like an annoying patient. Maybe I am.

This is the worst Dr group I have ever used. Unresponsive & inefficient. I just don't understand their lack of concern, but I'd suggest looking elsewhere

Ting and his make you feel like you are being processed in a factory. Ting appears disinterested in you as a patient. Always in rush to get you out.
Nurse didn't know how to take my blood pressure.
Make you wait for 1 hour at least before he visits you. Find another doc !

Waste of time. Poor bedside manner. Types away on laptop like we are getting somewhere yet never answered or addressed reason I was there. Took labs he ran elsewhere and received a diagnosis that he missed.

Absolutely worst at keeping any kind of schedule! Unless you have all day to wait on him, schedule elsewhere.
