I came in very nervous for the Shang Ring procedure, but the Carlos was very nice and helpful. He helped put me at ease. The Dr explained a few things to me and made me feel comfortable. The procedure was quick. I did not even know they were doing anything. It was over before I knew it. Quick. I did not feel anything.

Very pleasant and made good attempts to distract. There was some discomfort, though I m sure that is to be expected with the procedure. The staff was very Helpful, everything was made very clear, and for how awkward the procedure is, I appreciate the experience the staff provided.
