I switched to SGF because of our first visit with Dr. Shah. He has great bedside manner, clear communication, manages expectations, and has a great staff. He is very proactive with your heathcare and makes you feel cared for. We were surprised since we are very analytical, ask several questions and scenarios. Dr. Shah answered all of our questions, asked us questions, and allowed us to decided what we felt most comfortable with, without pushing us to anything. He was very open with options we could potentially have, which ones were probably out, and also explained the chances. His delivery was clear but also empathetic.
As our treatment started, Dr Shah provided direct lines to him, our nurse and financial advisor. There is a clear communication between everyone and no blackholes. Dr Shah cares for his patients, calls to checkin, and even asked about my husband when he had surgery(not fertility related). I highly recommend him. Our retrieval process was successful and relatively easy.

Wish we would have gone here years ago!!

We absolutely love Dr. Shah and his staff at SGF. We had such a great experience after a horrible one at another clinic. I wish we would’ve been with SGF from the start! His team is incredibly responsive, and great at explaining everything every step of the way.

When considering a clinic I looked for a team that made me feel “at home” & they did just that. Dr Shah, Rachel & the rest of this team are absolutely phenomenal.

From the start, Dr. Shah devoted his time, answered every crazy question I had, and calmed every bit of anxiety through the whole process.

Our experience with Dr. Shah and his team, has been nothing short of exceptional. While our journey isn't complete, Dr. Shah has been a constant presence, guiding us every step of the way. 10/10 recommend! We initially started at a different fertility clinic and were not impressed. From the first day we stepped foot in Dr. Shah’s office we could feel the amount of love and care him and his team give to their patients. Our fertility journey wasn’t easy but this clinic went above and beyond to make sure it was successful. The shared risk program offered at Shady Grove was also a game changer for us and saved us a lot of money. We are extremely thankful for Dr. Shah and the Shady Grove Spring team and cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Shah and his staff were so helpful and easy to work with during my husband and I’s entire journey. They were always quick to answer questions via our portal and over the phone. I went through an egg freezing cycle in March 2024 with Dr. Shah, his nurses and staff and it exceeded my expectations. Everything went extremely smooth. From the beginning of the process, what stood out was how thorough his team was with evaluating my insurance to see what costs would be covered to him going through a presentation during our first meeting. I had a consult with another facility and though they were nice, the doctor was nowhere as prepared as Dr. Shah. I came from out of state and they were extremely accommodating and worked to meet my timeline. Dr. Shah has great bed side manners, is very knowledgeable, and has a calming demeanor. I never felt rushed or ashamed for asking all my questions and I appreciated his explanations. They took great care of me and adjusted my meds based on my labs. There was minimal wait times at his office in Spring, TX. I communicated via the online portal or either Dr. Shah and his nurse (Rachel) would call me directly (I could also call them directly if I wanted to). They were very accessible. I ended up with a very successful retrieval (about 25 eggs frozen, even more retrieved) with no side effects (no OHSS), minimal bloating, and barely any constipation. Everyone responds differently (I maintain a plant-based diet), but for me this was a great experience, where my regimen was successfully catered to me. I'm grateful I was under the care of Dr. Shah and his team!

Fertility is scary, let's be honest, but working with Dr. Shah and his team made all the scare go away. I built a relationship with the Spring team but more importantly I built trust. They were like my family and definitely my support system during my journey. The office is full of personality it's not stuffy like a typical Dr.'s office. Especially Ms. Amanda, she is just good with people, her personality makes you feel like you've known her forever. I would recommend Dr. Shah, and the rest of the Spring office staff, to anyone looking into fertility treatment. Dr. Shah is very knowledgeable about his practice. He made himself available for all my questions, concerns and comments. I never felt unheard the staff and Dr. Shah were always patient and listened. I had a great experience and will continue my relationship with Dr. Shah and his Spring team for many years to come!

Since we've been married, Joe has had a vasectomy, so we didn't really think the possibility of having our own child (from Joe and Maria, not a donor) was even possible. From our 1st virtual consultation appointment, Dr Shah gave us a sense of security about the process, recommending some of the best doctors for Joe and telling us what to expect at every turn. We walked away knowing 100% there was no other doctor for us from that first appointment. He answered all questions thoroughly, including ones that may have had difficult answers. We always felt in control and not pressured to do anything. One thing that he was candid about was that it may not work on the first try but to remain cautiously optimistic. As much as it hurts to hear it's something that we needed to hear. It was never a bother to bug him with questions, even if they seemed dumb. He also did not do or make a move until he was certain things were just right to move to the next step. Because of that we had some delays, but it was the abundance of caution that made his care so amazing.

One person that needs mentioned as well is one of his nurses, Rachel. From the start she was always caring, thorough and quick to respond when there were questions for her. Even so far as answering off hours. She really put Maria's mind at ease through some of the difficult times in this process.

All this being said, the entire team at SGF Spring is amazing and I wouldn't choose another facility or SGF location other than this one. Maria is now 10 weeks pregnant, first transfer, first cycle, and we couldn't be more grateful for the care and concern of the SGF Spring staff.

My husband and I are so grateful for SGF in Spring Texas, Dr. Shah, and his staff. We always felt so welcome and everyone was so nice. I love that we didn’t just feel like a number. If you’re starting this process or looking for a new doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Shah and his team.
