Dr. Hoffstein is fantastic. All the comments below are totally accurate. He is a wonderful doctor and an equally wonderful person. Can't say enough good things about him. He listens and gives you his time- you never feel rushed. You feel like a person which is less and less these days with the siloed 15 minute model of medicine that has become the norm unfortunately these days.

I would like to thank Dr. Hoffstein for being the most caring specialist who always possessed such patience with my mother. As a child, I remember him clearly and I also rember my mom singing praises about him. He was able to help my mother with her asthma and with other respitory complications. I remember him being humble and assisting my mother to put on her jacket , helping her get up from her chair and smiling at her when she took 10 minutes to search or items in her bag. Now a days doctors seem to rush you and have little patience. Dr. HOFFSTEIN, my mom passed away 13 years ago but I am sure she smiles upon you and blesses you family. By the way, I also remember your father-in-law who had his office in the Christie and Bloor area. He is the one that referred my mom to you when he retired. I was probably 9 or ten years but I clearly remember his office with several cartooning picture frames on the wall. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! God bless!

Best doctor ever! I have been a patient of his for thirty plus years. He has always taken good care of me and Always makes me feel like an old friend!

Doctors like Mr Hoffstein don't come any better. Punctuality could better (he often runs late). As for the staff, that's a luck of the draw. Some are OK, but there are a few haughty taughty specimens that makes my blood boil.

I am a physician and also a patient of Dr Hoffstein. He is a truly fantastic doctor. Not only did he solve my difficult breathing problem but he taught me a lot about what a truly masterful bedside manner is and has made me a better doctor.
