Her compassion and commitment to both my husband and myself has been amazing. I don't care as much about punctuality because if she spends as much time listening to her other patients as she does to us, it means she doesn't view us as specimens on a conveyor belt. There are not many doctors left who show that kind of dedication, like calling us with results when she's on vacation! Top notch doctor that we are so thankful to have. Dr Djearam is a great family physician. It's too bad you can barely ever see or talk to her. Feltham Medical is one of the worst clinics to have to deal with. You can never get through on the phone (up to 21 times redial before hanging up). You cannot leave a message and there is no e-mail address to contact the clinic. In the year 2023 they still have a phone system/contact board from the 1970's.

Dr. Dejaram is always late in calling me. Last time she said she would call me back when I missed her but she never did. This time it's been almost an hour since my scheduled time and no call yet. Guess we'll see...

Dr Djearm is one of the best doctors/person I have
had the experience to know in my 72 years on this planet. Her attention to detail and compassion for her patients is what makes her special. So a Big thankyou and also to the staff who deserve credit for their hard work during these difficult times.

I can't say enough good things about her. She is the best doctor I have encountered and have been with her for a number of years. She is knowledgeable, understanding and genuinely cares for her patients. Just an awesome doctor.

I rarely write reviews about professionals, but I feel compelled to now, especially in this new "Covid" reality that is making medicine so much different than what has been the norm for so long. Dr. Djeram is amazing. She is attentive, thorough, and very big on explaining and teaching, so that she is working with me - and not just with my symptoms. She takes all the time she needs to give me what I need - and that sometimes means that her appointments take longer than she expected, and I think she does that with all of her patients, so sometimes there is a bit of a wait to see her (seems to be better now with telephone appointments than we seeing her at her office). I don't mind waiting in the least, because I know she has taken extra time with me when other people have had to wait for me. I appreciate how she explains blood test results, and gives advice on how to make adjustments to get improvements that don't necessarily require more medication. She is not a "pill doctor". She is a compassionate doctor (like the doctors of old) - and doesn't beat me up or belittle me for the health challenges that I have that are long-standing and that I have not managed well. I trust her fully, and I feel very lucky that I am her patient. I've had 8-10 different GPs over the years and there is no doubt, she is the best I've had. I wish she could train all the new doctors coming out of med school these days. Her approach is fast becoming a lost art.

I like her, she is very friendly, helpful, caring and very interested in you as a patient. Getting through to make an appointment is another things. Also she sometimes doesn't send through the requisition slips to labs or specialists, you have to double check with the office to make sure it has gone through. I waited for a specialist appointment for a month and found out she hadn't sent the requisition. Other than that, no complaints. Happy to have a doctor. I do get tired of listening to the staff's weekend adventures whiles I am waiting for my appointment which is usually a half hour to an hour longer.

Dr Djearam is a great Doctor, super helpful, kind and a great bedside manner. It is just that dealing with her means dealing with the worst booking office in Victoria. You can NEVER get through and they have one overworked receiptionist. The hours to phone in are terrible too, only from 9:30 to 11:30 and 1:30 to 4 or so. I you work for a living it is hard to book an appointment with this Doctor. Their phone system is also from last century.
