Rude staff and orthodontist doesn't care enough to explain things thoroughly for you. If you don't like how he did it, he'll tell you to go to another orthodontist to fix it.

the process of getting and wearing braces for 2 1/2 years went very smoothly. The doctor is friendly and communicative. The staff is nice too. I highly recommend this orthodontist.
