Dr Hislop is an exceptional doctor and a kind man. He has been my GP for over a decade and has always been available, thorough, conscientious and empathic. I am extremely lucky to have him. He truly goes above and beyond. Thank you Dr H!

I find it interesting that most of the one stars are people who disagree with his diagnosis and consider themselves informed patients. People, remember that google doesn't replace medical school, and the reason you're in the office is because you are not qualified to diagnose yourselves. No issues with Dr. Hislop at all.

Dr Hislop prescribes medications like amphetamines without taking a full history of the patient. This is dangerous! I do NOT recommend this doctor.

Dr. Johnathan Hislop is a great doctor. Compassionate, professional, and friendly. The people who criticize, all think they know more than him !

Asked him for physical therapy and acupuncture referral and he refused to get me those referrals. Calling em quackery and saying steroids and surgery is the best way. I told him I don't want steroids and I wanted alternative, and he said "honey, I don't care what your opinion is. You are not the doctor. I am." He even tried to tell me why steroids and opioids are "scientifically effective". This person is too busy staring at his phone and kept telling me to check out his Twitter and says that there are plenty of evidences he posted. But they are all just fanatic science pharma company promote articles that he is being sponsored and getting paid from!

Stay away from this doctor if you want better referrals for better health. He is the one who is quack.

I cannot help but think the people that leave terrible ratings are mildly delusional. Doctor Hislop is an amazing doctor. Friendly and very on point. Maybe don't go see a doctor thinking you know more because you self diagnose on the internet. I'm glad he doesn't patronize these types.

Dr. Hislop is highly professional and knowledgeable. He listens to your concerns and has a real interest in the health of the community. He has given his time free of charge for lectures on various issues. I find his bedside manner pleasant and professional. I appreciate that he doesn't waste my time or his and therefore makes an effort for timely appointments.
