I was referred to Dr. Tarazi after a bad experience with a different Colon and rectal Dr. On my first visit Dr. Tarazi identified my issue in less than 5 minutes that was missed by the previous Dr. After treating the issue with medication for a few weeks with limited success Dr. Tarazi and I agreed that surgery was going to be the best approach at that point. I was not looking forward to this procedure but was pleasantly surprised at how little discomfort I had and that the problem I had dealt with for about a year was gone. It has been six weeks since surgery and I am amazed at the results. No more pain and I feel better than I have in years. Thank you Dr. Tarazi

I wouldn't go to anyone else. Dr. Tarazi operated on me previously and thought ahead to reserve a private room for me at the hospital, in case I couldn't go home that day. As it turned out, I was in the hospital 5 days and he came in to check on me every day, even though a hospitalist also was following the case. He's kind, compassionate and doesn't rush through appointments, even during follow-up appointments in the office. His receptionist was one of the nicest, most efficient people I'd ever met. I hope she's still there, because I have to go back, likely for more surgery. Surgeons often have a reputation for being rude and unfriendly, and big egos as well, but not Dr. Tarazi. He treated me like I was the most important person in the world.

I've had 2 different procedures performed by Dr. Tarazi and was completely satisfied both times. I wouldn't hesitate to return for additional procedures... if need be.

Stay away from this doctor. He performed a colonoscopy on me when I already had a perforated colon. He just wants money, and does not know what he is doing!

Only cares about money - doesn't understand insurance at all and takes dislike for insurance out on patients. Horrible office environment

This doctor cares about nothing but $$. $475 cash up front to be seen and he would not accept a perfectly valid Aetna Payflex Mastercard. Instead he insisted I pay out of pocket and told lies to the tune of "I've seen patients have their insurance policies cancelled if the card wasn't billed correctly" which is first of all a complete lie and second of all doesn't even make sense. If he's getting people's insurance cancelled because he can't bill correctly perhaps he shouldn't be doing something so advanced as rectal surgery. Additionally he said "If you use this card today it will certainly ruin our future relationship". What does that even mean? This man has zero grasp of social etiquette and cares nothing for his patients. He is clearly not happy with the insurance industry so he does everything in his power to make it difficult for his patients to be served.

Excellent physician. Recognized my 10 year old hemorrhoid problem instantly and treated it promptly. I never thought life could be so good again! Thank you Dr. Tarazi

Dr Tarazi did a hemroid surgery a year ago and I have had problems every since. I have leakage from my rectum etc. He really messed me up.
