Came in interested in tired eye procedure. The “doctor” decided to do something totally different than what I asked for. Long story short, I walked in dumped $1000 and walked out looking totally the same. Biggest waste of money in my entire life. Won’t be going back.

I've been going to this clinic for years. I have not had a single bad experience....not once. I was coming to put a review on but read some of these reviews that seem written by jealous competitors..... Anyway, I love the staff and Dr.Pav. They are have ALWAYS been perfectly sweet and professional. I got my abs done with emsculpt, botox, filler in my chin and nose bridge, and once I had like an ongoing asymetric swelling situation happen from allergies in my lips and he evened them out for me. I constantly recommend people there. The only complaint I've ever had was numbing lasting more than I'd like.

As a recent client, I found Dr.Pavlou through recommendation of my esthetician. Though the work looks good, and his staff was very warm and welcoming - I felt like he was oddly condescending? I follow him on Instagram and found his persona so warm and charming. Not at ALL the same. So strange. I’m paying you to do a service and I’m paying well. In the end, I won’t go back. I don’t just want to leave looking great, I want to feel great about the appt too!

I am happy to see that I'm not the only one. Dr Pavlou has built a solid rep on social media and I've done Botox with him 3 times. I never found him nice and if I ask too many questions during a session he seems to get desperate. This is also the reason why I have decided to see someone else. Plus, the first time doing Botox was my 1st time ever, he was gentle, but the other times were a bit painful because he was so in the rush. Yep, not going there again.

I’ve generally found him condescending, impatient, and deeply impersonal. It gave me anxiety to have to see him, so I switched doctors.

I cannot find him in the college of physicians and surgeons in BC. I also noticed his bio says he only has an undergrad degree of MBBS (Bachelor's) and not a Masters to practice as an MD. I've been trying to find information on the difference and found that he's technically not a full "Doctor" in USA standards but is considered one in Canada. I initially wanted to get fillers done on my face but heard mixed reviews. I'm thankful to have done my research regarding his training and education. Last thing I want is for a filler to get in a blood vessel, yikes.

I am really happy with the tear trough filler I received, but I do agree with the comments about him being condescending. His "consult" was basically "yes I think the treatment will work for you", which was far cry from a consult I received from another doctor at a different clinic, who really took time to ask me what I liked/didn't like about my face. Result is I'm spending $$$$ with the second doctor on more stuff. But if you are pretty indifferent to bedside manner (or maybe he and I just didn't "click" ) and just care about results, I'd say Dr. Pavlou does good work. If I hadn't found this other doctor, I'd definitely be going back to him - I'm going for results not to have a new best friend! I personally found the staff amazing, and I do think they care about patients. The clinic is really nice too, new and shiny and clean. Also worth mentioning that a 2 week follow up is included in your treatment, that is a fantastic service (that also suggests to me he does care about doing quality work)

I went in for a consult and treatment for Botox and fillers. (I've had Botox done once previously at a different clinic.) I was pretty nervous about the fillers and had to trust in the consult and treatment Dr. P prescribed. I am quite happy with the result. The treatment looks quite natural and I have had compliments from folks I haven't seen in a while. I will be going back for further treatments.

He is wonderful!! Did my cheeks and under eyes and I got SO many compliments!!! Had a great conversation with him as well. I feel like the negative reviews here are either 1 person with a vendetta or from a competitor because I found Dr. Pavlou and all of his staff (including the receptionists and assistant) to be warm and kind. I even forgot my wallet and had to run home and grab it and they graciously allowed me to get my treatment so that I didn't miss my appt...and run home after to grab my wallet. Not many care providers would be so accommodating!!! Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you, Dr. Pavlou for my new cheeks!!

Worst Experience of my life with this doctor. Waste of money and time. He is so rude and full of himself. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
