Arrogant. Rude. Dismissive. Refused to look at record, carefully prepared by referring Dr. Said ultrasound results(2) were wrong sided. Asked only social questions.Wrote letter to ref Dr. w physical description of someone not me. Said NP--recheck 6 mos. A second opinion showed severe carotid blockage. Immediate surgery followed.
