Dr. Hope is slow. And likes to give you meds and send you home !

I have been a patient for 25 years and have never had any major issues with her. Her staff is wonderful and although others may think that Dr Hope can seem "wacky" at times, she never fails to explain things in detail to me if I ask. I have had emergencies and they take me right in. Too bad that others have had bad experiences, but that's the way things go. I wouldn't change her or her staff for anything!! She's a little off the wall but once you get used to and appreciate her bedside manner she's a great doctor. I've been seeing her for over 17 years as does most of my family. I don't have problems getting appts and for the most part I'm not waiting very long (I've waited 3hrs in other dr offices). If there are long waits it's due to them accommodating another patient often at the last minute, which I appreciate because if I needed that I would receive that same treatment. She's great with referring to specialists and getting you in quickly not 6 months down the road.

Dr. Hope is an amazing doctor, her staff is great and her bedside manner is wonderful. I have been going there for 4 years, and I also take my son there. I wouldn't trust just any doctor to look after my son. I Can't believe others have a problem with her...

The Reception at this office is amazing, she's to the point. Very friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait to see the doctor. The phones are busy but when you have a million people in the city calling what do you expect. Dr Hope has always been kind to me and explains things easily. Has always taken her time with me

Dr. Hope is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. She was my GP for 2 years and the "treatment" I received was horrible. Although she takes her time with you in her office, it is only to let you know how horrible of a patient you are. Without fail she informs you that she is annoyed of patients "like you" and complains about how she is tired of dealing with them. I was very ill when I was in her care and eventually had to have family members find another doctor for me because she was of no use. If you enjoy feeling guilty for your illness and in never finding solutions for your medical issues, this is the doctor for you. It is truly sad when you put your health into the hands of someone only to find they are more interrested in making you feel awful about yourself (if they are interrested in anything about you at all).
