Dr. Hanna is by far the best doctor I have ever encountered. My doctor retired and I came to his clinic for various reasons, not only was he able to help me with them, he discovered something un related to my visit that I had no idea I had, and am now on treatment for that as well. Such a smart and kind doctor.

Very long waits (can be upwards 3/4 hours), started charging for almost everything this past year that's not covered by ohip , Doesn't actually seem to truly listen to people and their concerns unless it has to do with a young child. Honestly, since he took over the clinic he has changed becoming highly superficial and money hungry and less patient oriented.

I brought my 3 year old to Dr. Hanna for a non-emergency but serious nonetheless situation. He was great. Friendly and efficient. He got us out of the office fairly quickly and requested we follow up with him a few days later.

Receptionist was fantastic. This is a walk in clinic, one of only two in a very busy area. He is quick and efficient but that is the nature of a walk in clinic. He was able to give a competent exam in a caring friendly manner. Better than my now retired family doc of 35 years.

Dr Rafik is one of the best doctors I met. Very dedicated, helpful and knowledgeable. He always help me when other doctors disappointed.
