I went there for my thyroid (the receptionist knew this). I get there, pay for the visit as he didn't take my HPN insurance. He said he doesn't do thyroids but when I'm ready for some Ozempic, hit him up. What a waste of $200.

Dr. Castorino is knowledgeable about thyroid he got to the bottom of my condition. Staff is amazing they were able to get all of my medications approved by insurance. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a doctor that treats thyroid this is were you need to go. I have been to many doctors who gave up on helping me. Dr. Castorino is knowledgeable and is the best doctor I have been to. I have never felt better. His staff is so kind and helpful.

My former physician moved away & I was fortunate to find Dr. Castorino & been his patient for several years. He is up to date on the latest medications for numerous problems that accompany diabetes. Consistently he helps with new medications on my prescription formulary so that I don’t end up paying exorbitant prices for medications & has shown me on several occasions how to adjust and load my insulin pump as well as troubleshoot problems. with them.
Neither he or his staff have ever been rude or condescending & always address my concerns & questions. I don't think I'd be alive w/o him.

Staff rude and bumbling as after 3 tries to get my RX correct they still failed as if my health was of no concern to them. When I complained the guy I spoke to replied that "I don't have to come there".

Dr. Castorino is the best doctor I have ever been too. He takes time explaining what is going on with your health. He spent over 30 minutes with me he truly cares and his staff is prompt in return calls. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. I will not go any where else.

Ive seen this doctor for about a year just came back and he did not answer any of my questions didnt explain my test results, i asked about if a gluten free diet can affect my blood sugar he didnt answer that either. All he kept saying is i need to see numbers. He was 20min late to my 11am appt. I got no where and it was a huge waste of time! He was condescending and he made me feel stupid. If u go i hope u all have a better experience. Mine sucked!!
