Dr. Perez and the staff at New Hope are wonderful. We have now completed our IVF cycle and are waiting to transfer. All has gone even better than expected. We are thankful to Dr. Perez for taking such great care of us. We look forward to our transfer soon.

I thought he is good at first. He does not give you all the information you need to know. You will be confused because there's so much miscommunication between him and his staff. I end up paying for services I don't need.

Dr. Perez is a gem. I have never been more comfortable with a physician. I am thankful for a successful surgery with Dr. Perez, and we are now starting our IVF journey. At every step Dr. Perez has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am well cared for. He explains everything patiently and in great detail, all the while being approachable and kind. I am confident he is the doctor that will finally make our dreams of becoming parents come true. Thank you for everything.

Very kind, caring, gentle and patient staff! I appreciate so much that they knew my name after just one visit and always ask how my day was. I can tell they know most patients are going through a lot, emotionally, and try to do what they can to make us feel good!

Does not treat patient as an individual. Runs like a fast food chain. Misdiagnosed me. I went down the street and had a laparoscopy that fixed some major issues contributing to miscarriages....and health! Staying at Hope Center could have not only resulted in empty pockets and more miscarriages but could have also cost me my life! So disappointed.

I had been dealing with uncomfortable friboids for many years. Dr. Perez took me in as a patient and for a whole year he helped me through the process of scheduling surgery to have that problem taken care of. And I couldn't be happier with the outcome!!! :)

Dr. Perez is so kind, compassionate and always there for his patients. He is very knowledgeable and shows his true passion for what he does everyday. I would highly recommend him to anyone, as he makes the patient feel comfortable during this difficult time in their lives. We are expecting our first child thanks to Dr. Perez. This is the very best office you could ever go to. They have the sweetest and most wonderful staff. They know you by name when you pass staff in the hall. VERY dedicated staff!!! Very little wait time! Doctor was extremely professional yet very approachable as well. Very informed answers and consultation. Service you will NOT get anywhere else! Very focused on customer needs; you are a true PATIENT and not a NUMBER! Treated with dignity and respect with every aspect from servicing medical records to booking an appointment to lab work. I've NEVER encountered such wonderful staff in my life! Can't say enough to praise this office!
