Dr Robin is just amazing! Her skills are second to none, and she is literally one of the nicest I've had on this journey. Absolutely love her!

Excellent. He takes his time and explains to you. His team of nurses are very helpful and the Nurse practitioner Kat is awesome.

I am extremely frustrated with New Hope Center and Dr. Robin. I will say, the receptionist Toneisha and the nurse, Martina, were very kind and compassionate; however, my experience with New Hope Center overall is extremely disconcerting, disappointing, frustrating and nerve-wracking. It's absolutely ridiculous. I will NOT continue to see them; as I am going to the Jones Institute now. I agree with many of these posts regarding it appearing as though they just want money as well as their first answer, RIGHT AWAY, seems to be suggesting IVF!!! UGH!!! SOOOOOO frustrated, upset, disappointed and disgusted with them!

I also had a VERY hurtful experience with Dr. Poe-Zeigler....she actually looked right at me when I was asking very sensible questions about results from a test....at one point I felt the need to ask "are you sure my husband does not have any problems too?"....she had tested us both for various problems.....she seemed to get angry at me at that point ( I guess she felt I was insulting her?)....and she said to me, "Yes, I'm sure honey, the problem is all you". Or something horrible like that...it was the most insensitive thing I could imagine a person saying to a woman finding out she had practically no chance to have a baby....OR SO SHE TOLD ME.....she wanted us to do IVF right away for our best chances of getting pregnant after my surgery for endometriosis....she assured me my chances of success were very high with IVF....my husband and I came to the decision that we should adopt instead of try IVF and began the adoption process just 3 months after my surgery. Turned out I was ALREADY pregnant so we held off on adopting at that time. I have had 3 children with NO IVF or fertility help, praise God. I believe it is very possible that the surgery cleaned me out and enabled me to get pregnant naturally. She told me my chances of ever getting pregnant naturally were something crazy like 2 or 5%???? At that time I was 29 years old...very healthy....I do not trust that this woman gives you all the information....needless to say I will NEVER forget her harsh words to me and the way she talked down to me when I asked intelligent questions. I encourage you to ask MANY questions about how all these fertility processes work before you take part in them and make sure you believe they are ethical. And remember....you may lose a lot of money and some people care more about money than people.

What a breath of fresh air! We tried for 5 years and the New Hope clinic was our final answer to prayers. Dr Robin and Dr Perez are wonderful. We were treated like people and not like cattle. I wasn't herded in and herded out like I felt in other places. Don't give up until you try the New Hope center.

We were very pleased with our first visit to the NHC. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Dr. Robin was extremely caring and attentive with us. We did not feel rushed and felt that she really listened to us and our story. Not only did she formulate a plan of attack, she set it in motion by performing some tests that could be done immediately. It was refreshing not to be told that we would need to wait for the next appointment. We know that we are just beginning our climb up the mountain, but we left with a renewed HOPE for our family!

The other review was spot on...if you are young and healthy and she gets you pregnant, she plays the game with balloons and a beautiful office. The first time I went was told they had overbooked and tried to send me home UNTIL they found my husband's name had DR in front of it and someone made a quick call on my behalf and of course, they took me right away. To make a very long story short, after three people other than Dr. Robin in the room when I was getting an ultrasound, my husband(a doc) asked for a doppler and finally the fourth person in the room was tah dah...Dr. Robin. MY HUSBAND was the one who could read the ultrasound and found I had cancer!! Dr Robin saw me in May and told me she could not see me for surgery until Oct. and at the time, I was 41!! She had no idea how to read the ultrasound and only cared that I return after "my chemotherapy." I saw three other docs the same day to decide how to proceed. After THAT problem, we went to the Jones saw a doc every time.

HORRIBLE!! She only cares about getting her $ & getting you out of her office! There is not enough time in the day to go through everything that was awful at The New Hope Center! Not to mention how she financially drains you at every opportunity! I paid astronomical amounts of $ to be treated by her yet never even laid eyes on her until well into the IVF process (appts were w. a nurse practioner). I tranferred to The Jones Institute & what a different experience! Their entire staff is GREAT! They are responsive, caring, MUCH MUCH more cost effective & I get to see my dr. @ every single visit!! I do not give all the credit to Jones b/c I went there and they suddenly got me pregnant as I have had a very difficult time. So I don't want anyone to think this review is written b/c Jones got me pregnant & Dr. Robin didn't...this review is all about how I was treated by the doctors & staff @ each office! Go to Jones...I PROMISE you will have the best experience possible!

NEVER EVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS OFFICE. Short appts quick and to the point.... M O N E Y!!!! That is all they care about. Dr Robin needs to get on track to what matters to us having a baby not how much she can milk from us. I felt like I was just another paycheck. Save your money go up the street and see Dr. Flood. I did and we are proud parents to a healthy 2 year old.

DO NOT BE FOOLED! she puts on a front! The reason why she has a great sucess in IVF is because she only does young healthy patients! If you have servere problems she will not touch you! DON'T HAVE COMMERCIALS THAT YOU CANNOT PROVE!!!!! her cost are rediculous and she just seem fake to me! I had to go down the street to Beach Center because they actually care!
