My father has horrible experience with his urologist for his cancer. when we asked for a referral to transfer him to another doctor, Hugo Law was not willing to fax the referral letter. he, instead, wrote the letter and made the patient (in turns, the family) bringing it to the doctor's office. this is well within his responsibility. Unacceptably unprofession.

Every time when I booked & confirmed an appointment, I’ll have to wait minimum 2 hours & sometimes 3 hours I’m order see the doctor. It’s not one time event, ,but almost every time !
Thiis is totally unacceptable & unprofessional!

Dr.Law is a very good doctor but the front desk is horrible! Rude and no courtesy. They never call you with specialist appointment and because of that I missed mine !

Wait time in his office is extremely long. Very judgemental and prejudiced towards mental health patient. Quick to make prejudiced assumptions without caring / going into details with the patient , which is not surprising as he has a long line of patients that he crammed and overbooked into his schedule....

I have been seeing this doctor over 20 years. Best doctor ever!!!! He is extremely thorough. I don't mind the wait because i know that at the end of the day his advice works.

Doctor is fine. Only if the receptionists stop slipping their friends in, causing extremely long wait times. They can also be a little nicer such as not saying to a patient, you can fill it out yourself or never call you back when you’ve been referred to a specialist.

I've been seeing Dr. Ivan Law and his father ever since I can remember. They've always been very helpful and the wait time is the same as anywhere else, so no complaints from me!

Wait time is terrible, at least 2-3 hours. I saw a lady tell the receptionist that she didn’t have an appointment but messaged the doctor directly. She was then taken in through the back doors. It’s sad when my poor husband is in pain waiting, we would not have come if the emergency walk we visited on the weekend told us to follow up with our family doctor with the reports.

Terrible doctor, every time, you make appointment, you have to wait 3 hrs. He does not reply your question at all. The team in his office is terrible too.
