While Dr. Mah is no doubt a knowleagable ortho. his office manager is (as stated by another former client) defensive, hostile and provides patterned responses to questions. She is a detriment to his practice a fact other dentists brought to my attention. Dr. Mah initially refused to converse with me (his stated position is that "his office staff deal with conflicts") until I indicated that I was ending my contract with him. By that time I had lost all confidence in his office's ability to communicate my child's treatment plan efficiently.Do yourself a favor and find another clinic. My child is so much happier at his new clinic where his experience is real fun , not the empty rhetoric found in Mah's advertising.

I will miss this place once my treatment is done! Dr.Mah and his wonderful staff are so friendly and you feel like family when you walk into the office! Dr.Mah doesn't rush his treatments and will make sure you are happy with the results. Will recommend in the future!

I have known Dr. Mah and his staff for about 9 months. He is extremely Knowledgeable in his field and he gives you a great advise with no pressure. He even has gone to meet my Dentist for lunch to discuss my treatment approach. Dr. Mah genuinely knows his patients. With regards to his staff, I have the highest respect for all of them. At the beginning they explain things very clearly with no sales pressure. Once you commit to the treatment, all you need to do, be on time for your appointments. Even if you have any issues with respect to appointment or financing, all you have to do to communicate with staff. They are very accommodating. Keep up the good woks guys!

I have had endless problems with Dr. Mah's office. His office does not communicate well with parents or patients. Treatment goal posts keep shifting. Receptionist becomes defensive and argumentative when problems arise. Not a good experience, can't recommend.

I have been dealing with Dr. Mah and his staff for the past few yrs. They are all sweet and friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that unlike other orthodontists, Dr.Mah takes alot of time in the consult to make sure you understand the treatment. I've heard this from quite a few other patients too! More importantly, his work ethic and attention to detail is unparallelled! I won't hesitate to introduce more people to him!!!P.S. I especially like all the prize bonuses such as free movie tickets or gift certificates if the teeth are kept clean before the visit...good incentive!

we had a very good ortho experience with Dr. Mah because he is helpful in explaining to us everything that we need to know about it. He has a great personality, very professional, knowlegable and friendly too. my son is happy with the result.
