Dr Pearson is the best. He is very through and is not afraid to order all the tests necessary to ensure the correct treatment. He moves like a whiz, yet takes time to explain the diagnosis without makeing you feel that he is in a hurry and doesn't have time foryou. I wouldld have him as my doctor anytime.

Unfortunately, it took forever to see him but it's not his fault we all know how the ERs are lately. However, Dallas was the BEST ER doctor I have ever had. He was thorough and very personable. He got things done and knew exactly what he was talking about. I would recommend him to anyone needing medical care. Thank you Dr Pearson!

I can do little but echo others' comments, Dallas is thorough and took the time to ensure a correct diagnosis and effective treatment before handing off to a specialist for surgery. He's an excellent communicator, and is respectful with patients and nurses. An asset in the emergency room.
