Dr. Do is great doctor! But his front desk is the worsted!

The doctors are professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. However customer (patient) service was infamously poor. Called to check about a possibility of a procedure. Receptionist said would check with the doctor and call back. Two days have passed and no call back. If you are that busy just said if the doctor says yes, will call back otherwise consider it a no. That's simple and done - unless you never checked with the doctor. No point to keep people waiting for a call you never meant to follow through with what you have promised.

Dr. Do Truong is a phenomenon. He cares about patients, spends extra time and goes extra miles without hesitation. An amazing doctor. ,

The staff is garbage and the waiting time is not worth for appointment, although the doctor is very professional.

Worst doctor in Calgary. Although it is good since he can speak Vietnamese for individuals who don’t know English, he does not know anything to do with medicine. He doesn’t treat patients with the right medications and his studies with newer and better medications is so far behind. He does not know how to properly prescribe the right medication or dosage and could harm patients even more.

Caring doctor,. He takes the time to ask all questions. Very knowledgeable.

Knowledgeable, caring, taking time to answer all questions. Overall a great doctor. However, waiting time is horrible even if you have appointment. And front staff can definitely benefit from interpersonal skills training.

Very devoted, helpful, Knowledgible doctor. Highly recommended. 1 hr waiting time is unacceptable even though with an appointment. Always a very busy place like a zoo. Staffs can use some interpersonal skills training.

Very nice doctor. However, this medical office has TERRIBLE front staff. They require extensive training, politeness & customer service skills. After all, they are serving the public and those skills are mandatory along with good medical knowledge.

Very nice doctor and cares about his patients. Takes time to make sure patient has all questions answered.
