Dr. Kassab is the best specialist I’ve seen in years. I so appreciate his bedside manner aka approachability . He is so easy to talk to AND he LISTENS to you, actually stops looking at the computer to look at you to have a real conversations about your symptoms and questions. He explains what, when, where and why. I was blown away when he suggested We schedule his followup appointments and my infusions on the same day! Something I never thought of which shows his general concern for the convenience/welfare of his patients. This was a big deal considerg i drive a long way, try to work, see several other doctors and mostly suffer from exhaustion & pain
Also the staff all smile and are just as thoughtful
I and my mother have seen doctors that we have never even seen their eyes because they never look at you
Saw doctors that have been down right rude
One was rude to my 84 year old grandmother because he had to explain things several times. This hurt her feelings so bad she cried and this woman never ever cries we’ve had sarcastic, cold even sarcastic ones
I highly recommed Dr. Kassab, his nurse Kylie, the infusion nurses and the front office!

I am unsure of exactly how I feel about him at this time. First saw him last year Dec. 14, 2027.
He was a DIFFERENT man. I have been searching for a good specialist and " thought" I had found the perfect one??? IHe was gracious??? He listened then as now he just looks at me?? I feel ( I know) he is not taking me serious . I drive an 1 1/2 hour to see him. I stay in the room with him 5 ( if that). He doesn't ask or is not concerned with any changes my hands, wrists, joints, feet...etc. have made since last visit. My sister has Scleroderma. My mother has Osteo/Rheumatoid/Ostepenia of the spine. It is all in my family. I got sick in 2014 while going to school. I had to fight for my medical coverage in order to obtain medical treatment.
I've waited since to find someone who will " hear" what I say. At first I loved , loved him.
Since he has moved locations.....he dismisses how I feel, he puts off the air about him that since he had all of the expertise that his conclusion is the only conclusion. News flash...Celebrex does not work. I am unavailable let to use my distal joints. My next appt. is in FOUR months.....ok..I should be fine until then....NOT.
Sorry, but I am disappointed.
His nurse is awesome. I love interacting with her.
As far as the other staff...not a fan. No one smiles, says thank you, looks up at you....all while taking g everyone's money in...telling us to come back.
So so disappointed as I just knre Kassab could help me...or May he doesn't. Either way, I will be getting " out if his way" as soon as it's feasible for my situation

Dr. Kassab is an excellent doctor. He listens to me and has been very helpful. I would not be able to live comfortably with rheumatoid arthritis if it wasn't for him.
