Dr. Kassab was very personable and extremely helpful. He listened carefully and explained fully (including diagrams) the areas being considered, recommended course of treatment, probable prognosis and possible prescription side effects. I couldn't have asked for a more thoughtful and intelligent practitioner.

Excellent Doctor. Would definitely recommend. Great bedside manner, compassionate and helpful staff. I had to wait to be seen but he made up for it by spending a lot of time with me and listening to my concerns.

My experience with Dr. Kassab was great! . I felt that he gave me all the time and attention I needed and was very knowledgeable . He is s pleasant and compassionate towards his patients. I highly recommend him!

I have been a patient Dr. kassab for nearly two years and I have been very disappointed in his lack of personability and willingness to address and listen to patient concerns and insights. I feel does not truly listen to his patients. He is quick to come up with his own conclusions why the problem persists. On many occasions he has been over 45 minutes late to see me. He is quick to see you when he finally does arrive and quick to set up another appointment. I don't think he always has the best interest of the patient at hand especially considering the high cost of visits and lack of time he spends looking at and truly diagnosing what is wrong.

I will note that he was able to properly treat one of my ailmens but when it came to another he kept trying the same thing expecting it to go better even after clearly voicing my concerns. I hate to say that the latter was a "told you so" situation but it was. I was not being looked at as I had requested and he had put disbelief in my symptoms. I went elsewhere and corrected the issue and it turns out I was correct in my assumptions.

Bedside manner is dismissive and condescending. Nothing that didn't make me feel that I wasn't anything other than another number. Staff was rude, not a warm inviting office. Very science driven but doesn't listen or hear how you feel. Wont be returning.

While Dr. Alkassab ran about an hour + late, he more than made up for it in the amount of personal attention he gave me. He spent a great deal of time with me, both examining and consulting with me. He is very knowledgeable as well as pleasant, respectful, and compassionate towards his patients. Not to mention the fact that I had to call him a couple of times after the appointment, regarding my prescription, and he returns calls promptly (at night, no less) unlike many doctors. I highly recommend him.
