I had never had a problem until I became pregnant. She had always been nice enough but I had never really had any issues. She made my pregnancy and birth experience utterly devastating. Thank god she gave up maternity. She always brushed me off during appointments leaving me upset and often in tears on the way home. As someone who had multiple issues with the pregnancy she really dropped the ball. And then told me I couldn’t have had a vaginal broth as my baby had a large head (that’s all she said to me when checking up at the hospital after an extremely awful and traumatic birth experience ending in a cesarean). Honestly the worst.

After over 25 years my family and I have all been dumped by this doctor, Three of us have on going life long issues, but that was not enough I guess to keep us. I thought it was weird when they said they couldn't book my next 6 mo. appt.

Very dismissive with answering my questions. Waited months to see her with no solutions to my problems. Having traveled a long distance by bus in the heat wave. Really disappointing. Felt I didn't matter.

Carol Ng is simply the best. She takes time to listen before she comments. She makes a good connection and doesn’t discount concerns. Very lucky to have her as a GP - and tell her so.

Wow! My son and I saw Dr.Carol yesterday and I was so impressed. She was so kind to my son who was nervous about the appointment. I wish she was my GP! I felt like I was catching up with an old friend, she was funny, gentle and very knowledgeable.

do not recommend this doctor for skin related concerns. there are several other really good docs in victoria seeing skin issues (you can ask your doctor about the options). do not choose this one - she switched from maternity to dermatologist work and it is obvious she is not knowledgable. staff are nice enough to interact with though.

I had a horrible experience during my pregnancy and after. Going to my appointments stressed me out and gave me huge anxiety. I’d never know if I’d be warmly greeted by the receptionist or completely ignored and disregarded. I’d never know if Carol would spend 3 minutes rushing through and appt and brushing off all my worries or fears (first time mom) or if she’d spend 5 minutes telling me everything I’m doing is great but it feeling so forced and awkwardly uncomfortable. She always came in to my appointments not knowing how many weeks I was, and recalling information that wasn’t even related to me. She always seemed very confused and rushed and it really stressed me out. She didn’t take the time to chat gently and share knowledge. I felt very dismissed majority of the time. Carol made rude comments throughout appointments as well, her bedside manner is very poor. I likely had 20 plus appointments and out of those 20 I think I left feeling okay after about 3. Every other appointment and experience I would be in tears after and feel horribly uncomfortable with how I was treated and spoken to. I am not trying to be hurtful to them but trying to warn other new moms. If you’re a first time mom, avoid going here. You need the best and most gentle care during this amazing, beautiful time and sadly you will not get that here.

These comments are so NOT TRUE! Dr. Ng is a great doctor and always listens to my problems if I tell her and she is very nice!!! She is not money driven and she always tries to help her patients! Don’t listen to these bad comments!

Almost every time I have a health concern Dr Ng acts as if it is not worth her trouble. I found a lump on my breast and when she examined me, she assured me there was nothing. Turns out there was! I do not trust her as my doctor

Dr. Carol Ng is very knowledgable and kind. She is always very helpful. Her receptionist is also very friendly.
