Dr. Elshire has been my pain management specialist for quite a few years now and I don't know what my life would be like without his help and expertise. He and his staff have always been professional and accommodating. They truly care about their patients.

I have been going to Dr Elshire's office for over 4 years, I feel better since I began my treatments with him. His stafff is very corteous and helpful. I feel very blessed to have found him.

Arrogant, rude dismissive of patients thoughts and concerns. Totally no help offered or given. Unless you have a real need to waste your time and money, go elsewhere!

Dr E is a great doctor, sadly that can't be said of his staff and billing/accounting department. EVERY time I was there I paid what was asked of me (which was a lot), never questioning or anything, just wrote out the check for the amount requested and went on. Then I get an "Intent to refer to Collections" letter, called and gat a lot of blah, blah, blah but no reasonable explanation of WHY it was sent, just a lot of INSISTING that I HADN'T paid my bill. Sent them a check, cancelled all future appointments and am sending the whole mess to an attorney.
