I brought my teen son to him after revisiting the dentist who took out his wisdom teeth and the dentist said nothing was wrong. Then I took my son to the ER because his neck was swollen. ER doctor said his neck didn’t look swollen. I then brought him to Dr Gaynor who called a Ear, Nose and Throat dr to get my son seen by him. My son had an emergency operation on his neck where there was a serious infection. My son was very sick. Dr Gaynor recognized the infection

This man is the worst pediatrician, make that worst "doctor" I have ever had to deal with in my life! Rude, irresponsible, uncaring, arrogant...he absolutely does not have as a priority what is best for his patients. He also has a history of blatant rudeness & disrespect to three of my child's long term specialists.

There is no better doctor on the South Shore! He has taken care of my children and grandchildren for almost forty years. We love you Dr Gaynor!
