I saw Dr Chua for a few years after my separation from my ex. He was extremely helpful and informative. I would highly recommend Dr Chua.

Considering how lousy a psychiatrist and how weird he was, it is almost impossible to believe that the glowing testimonials are real and not written by the same person. Dr Chua is not a great intellect and only somehow who had never, say, been to university could say so.

Dr. Chua has massive intelligence and insight into the human mind. This understanding translates to helping patients feel comfortable, safe in his care and free to examine themselves without judgement. It's not a free ride however and answers are sometimes years in coming. No effort - no result. Without Dr. Chua, my life would have ended many years ago. I feel well and happy 95% of the time thanks to his brilliant treatment. As such, any patient who has the good fortune to be a patient of Dr. Chua will be in the best company possible.

A strange, sometime timid, sometimes very controlling person. Loved to talk about himself and that made it hard for me to talk about myself. I tried to disclose a major symptom to him and he just had no interest at all. He tried to extract detailed info about a physical issue I had that made me very uncomfortable since it had absolutely no therapeutic relevance at all. Would not recommend. Waste of time.

I have been seeing Dr. Chua for approximately 20 years and he has definitely helped me get through the worst, darkest times of my life. I especially appreciate the fact that he doesn't push medication at you, but rather encourages you to try taking less as your condition improves!
