Though not something anyone would ever want to experience, Dr. Irby and his staff made my spinal fusion surgery much easier. I am so thankful to Dr Irby for his expertise, his patience in listening to my questions and his good sense of humor, making a difficult procedure more tolerable. I never felt pressured to have surgery and all non-surgical options were discussed and tried prior to the ultimate decision to have surgery. Dr. Irby's staff could not be nicer or more efficient. Thank you Lindsey, Felicia and Sarah! I highly recommend Dr. Irby to anyone suffering from back pain.

I waited to be seen for almost a hour..for Dr or by to come in and see me for about 5 mins. it was as he was in a rush.. bed side manners are very poor. did not help me with any of my concerns. I was handed a piece of paper for pain management and sent on my way. horrible experience. I will not go back not would I recommend him to anybody. so instead of leaving their with some questions answered I am back to square one and still in alot of pain. horrible

This is the worst Dr. EVER. He is a very POOR COMMUNICATOR and FAILED to give me the results of my MRI. Kept telling me I had a PINCHED NERVE and told me I had to STOP EXERCISING. I asked to get a 2nd OPINION, and he became FURIOUS. I went for 2nd opinion, anyway, with Neuro-surgeon. Dr. Irby WROTE a note to this Neuro-surgeon and stated, "She is MAKING UP all of THIS PAIN." Neuro started LAUGHING and stated, what he had just READ. I was HUMILIATED. This is the ONLY neuro in my ins. NETWORK. Now 23 months later, I am STILL SUFFERING in excruciating PAIN and NO HELP. These docs do as LITTLE as possible, while MILKING YOUR INS. CO. and YOU. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or $$$$$ on this Dr. Irby.

Very caring. Answered all my questions. His staff was very helpful. Don't understand previous comments about not listening . He listenened to everything I said and at the end of visit asked if I had any questions. He's the best!

Dr Irby was very helpful is getting me through this very painful process. After surgery I felt no pain and 6 weeks later still doing great! I will recommend anyone that needs back surgery to see him and that he will tell do everything he can to make it go as smooth as possible.
