An error was made on my prescription; the Dr.failed to acknowledge mistake or apologize. I understand that mistakes happen, but after many hours of wait time and extremely frustrating visit (1.5 hr. wait) in effort to correct problem, she never explained or discussed the cause of the error or its possible correction. In fact, blamed the patient! Will NOT return to this office.

Dr Robertson-Woods goes above and beyond the call of duty. Had a problem a few months ago, not only did she see me every day but also Saturday, Sunday and Monday when the office was closed she came in for me. She would not stop until my issue had cleared up. Would reccomend her highly to anyone. She is very knowledgable and caring.

This was the best and most thorough eye exam that I have EVER had. Keep up the fantastic job! Every single question I had was thoroughly reviewed - I think I made the patients after me wait a bit but felt I had her full attention and left understanding every facet of my eyes. Thank you!!!!

Dr. Robertson-Woods is a very knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate doctor. I wanted contact lenses and I was told by a specialist in Toronto that I would not be able to have them unless I wore hard contact lenses which would be uncomforable. But Dr. Robertson-Woods was able to fit me with a soft contact lens, and took the time to maximize my ability to see with a very thorough exam. My experience with her was great, I would definitely recommend her services.

Dr. Robertson-Woods is an arrogant doctor who talks down to patients. I waited over two hours for my eye exam which cost me $143, one of the most expensive in the area I have since learned. I was then told I should come back for a follow up at an additional cost of $50. I have glaucoma and assumed my exam would be covered as it was the years before. Apparently not since I now also see an opthomologist. I will say the staff are friendly, and the glasses selection is nice, however that is not enough to keep me as a patient.
