I was diagnosed last month by Dr. Greene with stage 2 prostate cancer. He is very friendy and explained, in reassuring terms, what treatments are available. Since then I had a few nagging concerns and asked his phone receptionist if he could call me to back to discuss. Not only did he call back the same day but he seemed more than willing to stay on the line for as long as it took to answer all of my questions. Thank you to both his receptionist and, of course, to this very fine physician. 5 stars all the way. Steve Johnston.

This Doctor really cares about his patients. Great bedside manner, felt very comfortable going into emergency surgery. No stress. Follow up care is the same. I highly recommend Dr. Jerome Green. Melanie is amazing as well.

Great experience. Dr. Green is very friendly, calm, kind and knowledgeable. Never rushing and extremely helpful. Helped my 12 year old son medically, also offered genuine advice and support. Examination room is very clean and organized.

I had been seeing another urologist for approximately 2 yrs with no answers to my problem. My visit to Dr Green gave me more answers in the first visit than the 2 wasted yrs with the other urologist. He listened to me about my symptoms, which the other urologist never asked. I am more hopeful now than before.

I've seen Dr. Green many times over the past 5 years for reoccurring kidney stones including one time that required surgery to remove them.
He is always professional, personable, and knowledgeable.
His staff are VERY busy, but always professional and helpful.
I would refer someone to him in a heartbeat!

Dr. Green was so helpful and knowledge!
His secretary Melanie is fantastic! While I waited, I watched her multitask amazingly well, answer the phone constantly and deal with a very rude and verbally abusive patient. She remained so calm and polite, I wouldn't have if I'd been treated the way she had been!
The wait times are longer than I would've liked but Dr. Green and his staff make it worth it. Thank you for helping me Dr. Green and thank you to the staff for making it such a pleasant experience!

Dr. Green is GREAT! Personable, knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. His office and staff on the other hand leave something to be desired. The waiting room and office look like they haven't been renovated since 1960 and the 1 bathroom is disgusting. The receptionist is especially rude, condescending, dismissive and just plain NOT at all a good first impression for such a great Doctor's practice. I'm not sure if she's a relative and he can't fire her or if he's just so busy he has no idea the damage she does to his practice.
