Don't walk, run from this guy. Very deceptive. So nice and professional in the first meeting. That was after he was a no-show for the first appointment and an hour late the second time.

Very importantly, he has no credentials of any kind that I could find. He actually gave a pretty good injection, even so, it was not what we had agreed on during the office visit. He and his staff absolutely ignored me after that and my spine has been very unstable after years of stability and hard work in the gym.
I never asked for a pain management doctor, was there for an orthopedic evaluation! After 22 years, I have never been treated so badly by a doctor.

Dr. pecoraro is horrible. Whatever you do, don't tell him you did any research online ! He red me off for it . He pushed me into letting him give me cortisone shots. These shots were extremely painful and left me in unbelievable pain that night. Then when I called the next day , they refused to help me. Avoid this dr. Like the plague. , ! Jill and other staff are good people !

I had 3 shots of cortisone with Dr. Pecoraro. This guy has no personality whatsoever. He has his staff set you up for the shot and then comes in the room like the king of cortisone ... Barely says a word and explains nothing. Next he administers the shot and he's gone..... On to the next slab of beef. Many Dr's give pain management shots. I advise that you find someone who actually gives you the time of day and explains what he is about to do.

I was a patient of Dr P's for 3+ years and at first I thought he was a caring decent man. Was totally wrong!! He has a GOD complex and has no respect for his patients, and I'm talking...elderly friends I have that go to him as well!!! He tries to force everyone on methadone be he gets a payout for each person he gets hooked on it! The longer I went there...the worse they treated me! I was discharged as a patient after having had Surgery wrongfully! I have SAVED at least 3 friends from going to him and switching to my Dr who is a decent and caring man. I believe in Karma and Dr. P will get his one day!! He doesn't care a bit about any of his patients!! It's really truly sad, when you think you have a Dr for 3 years, yay you have a rapport with them, but at the drop of a dime....he'll just forget about you!! Save yourself and find another Dr!!!

WOW! wish I would have found this web site earlier. I thought I was the Only one that felt like this. The wait time is ridiculous. I stayed in that little room waiting for him to come in for an hour and a half, another day I waited for the nurse to come back to give me my paper work 2 hrs . I told her I think you guys forgot about me didn't you and she would not answer. He is not hand holder but he is a good doctor. Needs to work on the wait time.

Saw Dr. Pecoraro today.Found his staff to be great and extremely knowledgeable.I'v had back pain since I was a kid(I'm 35)I've tried everything, doctors, chiropractors, massage, yoga,Pilates, etc.Today I got steroid shots in my spine.I'm looking at surgery, but I hope this keeps me away from the knife a bit longer.Dr Pecoraro was genuinely concerned about my level of pain going into the shots and afterwards. He got me in 2 days after my MRI review/pain appt. The Drs we see are not our Parents or best friends,we can't hold them to the same "drop everything for me, I'm the most important" standard that our friends&family show us.They have heard it ALL & are there to give us the best plan of attack. If you are looking for pain relief go see the best,if you are looking for hand holding and a therapy session, go elsewhere. The majority of the reviews above are petty.I just want to know that he does his job expertly(and he did)and that I will be able to walk again after 5 weeks of not being able too.

i read the reviews on this website and must admit i had some concerns after reading dr. p's reviews but i must say that dr. p is the MAN!!! he spent more 35 minurtes discussing my back issues and i felt more than confident about his understanding what was going on and his desire to fix what was wrong. again i cannot recommend dr. pecoraro enough!
