My infant son recently was transported to Intermountain medical center for a febrile seizure due to a middle ear infection. It became very obvious that Dr. Vogal doesn't have much experience with small children. From the very start he had an arrogance and a know it all, needs no help attitude. He put my child through a lumbar spinal tap of which he botched not to mention putting my infant in a tremendous amount of pain and fear. He admitted not sedating our child enough for the spinal. He commented that he didn't think we should have been in the room and that it's harder on the parents then the child. He also threw a tantrum when we suggested he stop the procedure. He left the room in a huff leaving us alone with our child screaming with betadine everywhere and all of us visibly shaken. He has no idea how to treat people, especially when they are scared parents who are faced with making potentially life changing decisions for their child.
