Dr Zouain and all of the staff at West Florida Radiation Therapy are excellent. Always answering any questions completely and comprehensible. Everyone is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was always in and out for each session quickly, but never rushed if I had questions. Dr Zouain is one of the top physicians in his field. I highly recommend W.F.R.T.

Dr Zouain and his staff at West Florida Radiation Therapy are excellent. Just finished 9 weeks of daily appointments. Dr Zouain is very patient with explaining every aspect of your treatment and takes time to answer any and all questions. My appointments ran like clockwork, everything on time. The entire staff, especially the radiation techs are kind and caring and do everything they can to make you comfortable every visit.

Dr Zouain is knowledgable and caring and the practice runs like a clock. In 31 visits, I never waited for the doctor or my treatments wit the exception of one 10-minute wait. That was very much appreciated in this day and age of everyone blaming poor service on covid.

When I first learned that I had to be treated with Radiation for prostate cancer I was quite nervous and very apprehensive about getting radiation. I had an initial meeting with Dr. Zouain and I felt more at ease after meeting with him. The entire staff could not be more pleasant and reassuring. They made me feel very much at ease. If I needed to change an appointment time they found a way to make that happen. I had a completion deadline that I had to make and even though the machines went down two days in a row, the staff managed to work me in for the two missed treatments and I made my deadline. This entire staff are compassionate, helpful, and just plain kind.

Dr. Zourain had a terrible listening problem. During the time I had my radiation, he continually told me that the radiation had nothing to do with me being tired. He sent me for unnecessary blood tests that showed normal levels, and his medical notes were inaccurate and inconsistent. I would stay away. If you are a reasonably competent patient who understands the process, you would want to look somewhere else for a radiation oncologist.
