I have been a patient for over three years now. I see Dr. Ruben several times a year for steroid lumbar injections and I have always been very satisfied with his level of knowledge and his bed-side manner. He talks throughout the procedure to make you feel comfortable. He is gentle and pays close attention to assure he does not cause any additional pain with the injections. The staff who specifically work side by side with the doctor during procedures are very friendly.I would highly recommend Dr. Ruben for anyone looking for a good pain management doctor. The office is also very attentive for scheduling emergency appointments. I am able to get in within 48 hours. You are asked to be there early to minimize patients waiting past their scheduled appointment time. I have never had to wait passed my scheduled time to be called to a room. The website is very informative and user friendly. In addition to being a great doctor, this man is very easy on the eyes as well. Added bonus ladies!

Although I ultimately did not find an answer to my pain problem in his office, I found Dr. Ruben to be a very personable physician with first-hand knowledge of pain issues. A very nice person.
